At JustVita, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of our supplements. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (extended to 60 days for subscription orders). This policy applies to all products purchased directly at https://gluxingenieria.com/.


1. Return Conditions

Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days (or 60 days for subscriptions) from the delivery date.

Product Condition:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • We do not accept returns of opened, partially used, or expired products.

Exceptions:

  • Defective products, items damaged during shipping, or incorrect orders: Free return and full refund (including original shipping).

  • We do not cover misuse, allergic reactions, or subjective dissatisfaction if the product has been opened.


2. Return Process

Contact Us: Email contact@gluxingenieria.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Approval: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions (prepaid label for defective items).

Shipping: Return the product to our address name on Justvita address:  8152 S. Welby Park Dr
West Jordan, UT 84088 (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defects).

Inspection: We verify the product condition within 5–7 business days after receipt.


3. Refunds

Amount: Full refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).

Method: Refund issued to the original payment method (card: 5–10 days).

Subscriptions: Automatically canceled once the return is processed; no renewal charges.

Non-refundable: Shipping costs, taxes paid due to customer error, or personalized products (none currently in our catalog).


4. Exclusions

  • Products purchased through resellers or third parties.

  • Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

  • Abuse of the policy (frequent returns).


5. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped (contact us immediately).

Changes are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, subject to availability.


6. Additional Guarantee

All products carry a quality guarantee: If a batch fails laboratory testing, we will replace it free of charge. We comply with FTC and FDA regulations regarding supplement refunds.
